Executive Recruiter - #Hiring: Human Resources, Supply Chain & Logistics, Operations, Engineering!

Pay Range: $85,000 - $98,000 DOE (up to $105,000)

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle HR support including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Administer benefits programs, leave management, and labor relations in compliance with state and federal laws.
• Partner with leadership on HR policies and provide guidance on investigations and counseling.
• Oversee bi weekly payroll processing via ADP and maintain accurate HRIS records.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
• Collaborate with facilities manager to address building related issues and vendor relationships.
• Support operational safety and maintenance across two sites.
• Handle sensitive employee and organizational information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years in a supervisory HR role; nonprofit experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems; ADP Workforce Now experience highly desired.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast paced environment.
