Black Cultural Zone Community Development Corporation (BCZ CDC) is seeking a Thrive Coach (Employee Relations) with a demonstrated track record in conflict resolution, well-being support, and promoting healthy organizational culture.
This specialized Thrive Coach focuses on fostering a positive, supportive, and productive work environment by managing employee relations, addressing workplace conflicts, and promoting holistic staff well-being in alignment with the BCZ's mission. This position is vital for advancing BCZ CDC's mission to unapologetically center Black arts, culture, and economics in East Oakland and to guide the organization toward sustainability and maximizing its mission impact. We are seeking someone who is connected to and has a love for the East Oakland community. We are excited to welcome a new member to our team who shares our vision and is ready to jump in and make a difference.

As the Thrive Coach (Employee Relations), you will be responsible for a comprehensive range of engagement and support functions, ensuring a thriving, ethical, and collaborative culture for BCZ CDC staff.
