Position Details

Role: HVAC Technician
Pay Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Hours: 40 hours per week
Overtime: Available (occasional)

Job Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
• Safety-minded with construction environment awareness
• Willing to integrate and grow within the company
• Service-oriented attitude
• Previous experience not required
• Valid Driver's License required with a clean record
• English required

Certifications

Most important certification:

• OSHA 10
  • Strongly recommended and close to required due to California regulations
  • Ideally obtained before start
  • If not currently held, the candidate will be required to obtain it prior to starting

Plus:

• OSHA 30
  • Preferred for candidates with leadership potential or who may guide safe work practices

Logistics – Arrival & Transportation to the Job Site

Candidates do not always need to report to the shop first.
This depends on the job site location and the candidate's situation:

• If the candidate has a car, they may go directly to the job site
• Candidates may also report to the shop and travel with the team

The priority is to choose the option that is most fair and convenient, taking distance and traffic into consideration.
