Job Summary

As a Senior Product Advisor (SPA) you lead prospecting and sales presentations in person and over the phone to small and mid‑sized merchants and businesses, ultimately closing deals in a fast sales cycle. You report to a Payroll Division Manager, receive coaching from a Territory Manager, and work closely with local PDM or PTM to set appointments, uncover needs, and present Auris solutions. After training, you will set your own schedule to maximize 100% commission and residuals on the business you bring in.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in Atlas CRM, including call notes, scheduled interactions, and contact information.
• Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first‑time appointments to secure a win.
• Continuously build knowledge of the current product/service portfolio and industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one‑on‑one sessions with leadership.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of a pre‑employment background check.
• Resident of the area relative to the job posting location.
• At least two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Incentive‑driven sales hunter.
• Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity.
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent.
• Enjoys cold‑calling and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Accountable for measurable, high‑quality, timely results.
• Ability to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a B2B sales role.
• Experience with a CRM tool such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Compensation (pay Transparency) And Benefits

• W2 employment with medical, dental, life, and disability benefits.
• First‑year professional may expect an average of $90,000–$105,000+ in uncapped weekly commissions, lifetime residuals, and portfolio equity.
• 401(k) with company match.
• State‑specific benefits (Nevada and Colorado).
