We imagine a world where new medicines reach patients in months, not years, and where scientific breakthroughs happen at the speed of thought.
Mithrl is building the world's first commercially available AI Co-Scientist. It is a discovery engine that transforms messy biological data into insights in minutes. Scientists ask questions in natural language, and Mithrl responds with real analysis, novel targets, hypotheses, and patent-ready reports.
We are hiring a Head of Product Marketing to define the narrative, positioning, and go to market strategy for Mithrl. This is a high visibility, high impact leadership role that requires deep scientific understanding and proven product marketing experience. A PhD is required because you will be translating complex discovery science and AI driven workflows into simple, compelling stories that resonate with research leaders, computational biologists, and executive buyers.
You will shape how the world understands Mithrl, why it matters, and why it is fundamentally changing the way biology is programmed. You will own messaging, launches, scientific content, cross functional alignment, and the campaigns that drive awareness and adoption. You will partner closely with product, engineering, sales, and applications teams to turn scientific capabilities into clear commercial value.
If you are a scientist turned storyteller, a strategic thinker, and a data-driven marketer who loves building from first principles, this is a rare opportunity to help define and lead a category.
We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed. Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team.
