Overview

We are seeking a talented marketer and creative storyteller to join our team. As the Digital Marketing Manager for Brightter, your primary role will be to craft and communicate the brand's story through a dynamic marketing strategy. You will drive brand awareness and generate demand for our rapidly growing business, helping to establish Brightter as a leader in its industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of a dynamic marketing strategy to tell the story of Brightter and drive brand awareness
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives that fuel brand recognition and support business growth
• Oversee all marketing aspects, including content creation, digital marketing, PR and communications strategy, advertising, events, and go‑to‑market efforts
• Produce a wide range of content, such as blogs, videos, infographics, whitepapers and webinars to drive awareness and demand
• Write SEO‑optimised content to improve search engine rankings and organic traffic
• Manage and engage with social media channels like LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Medium, creating content that amplifies the Brightter brand
• Plan and execute SEO strategies and manage paid AdWords campaigns
• Collaborate with Design and Product Management teams to refine and evolve Brightter's product offerings

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in marketing and content creation
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience managing and maintaining a blog/articles
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
• Ability to work independently and manage complex projects
• Proficiency in SEO, social media strategies, and digital marketing tactics
• Experience creating videos and other types of media is a plus

Experience With

Google AdWords

• Expertise in campaign implementation and optimisation
• Proficient in integrating AdWords with Google Analytics, particularly for tracking goals
• Skilled in bid optimisation to maximise campaign performance
• Able to provide insights into quality scores and their impact

Google Analytics

• Strong ability to analyse AdWords campaigns, search enhancements, keyword performance and search engine metrics
• Expertise in setting up and analysing Goals within Google Analytics, and understanding their connection to AdWords

LinkedIn

• Proven ability to create and manage targeted campaigns on LinkedIn
• Experience creating A/B tests and optimising campaigns for organic growth

HubSpot

• Expert in HubSpot marketing tools, with a focus on all areas except the Design Studio
• Creativity and innovation are highly valued in using HubSpot to its fullest potential
