This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, a wide range of maintenance skills, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in multi-family property maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and participate in all aspects of property maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and groundskeeping.Prioritize and complete resident work orders efficiently.Ensure the community is maintained in a safe, clean, and appealing condition.Manage inventory, vendor relations, and maintenance budget.Coordinate unit turnovers and ensure readiness for occupancy.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of multi-family property maintenance experience.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.Effective verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership and organizational skills.Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions.Physical Requirements:Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly.Must be able to climb stairs and ladders, kneel, crouch, crawl, and perform other physical duties.Must have the ability to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.Why Join Us?Supportive team environmentOpportunities for growth and developmentCompetitive salary and benefitsSalary range$40 - $42 per hour
