Customer Service Representative

We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Representative I to join our team in downtown San Francisco. If you have 1+ year of customer service or call center experience and enjoy helping people resolve inquiries quickly and accurately, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or in-person
  • Resolve issues related to claims, benefits, and eligibility
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of assigned plans and company procedures
  • Meet quality and quantity standards for customer interactions
  • Perform administrative and clerical tasks as needed
  • Identify potential problems and escalate to management

What You Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Knowledge of claims processing and healthcare is a plus
  • Strong work ethic, team-oriented, and high integrity
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and listening skills
  • Ability to interpret business materials, benefit plans, and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality

💵 Pay: $23– $25/hour.
