Job Description of Role* (RNR)

• Strong Veeva CTMS/eTMF understanding
• Data migration experience (strategy and hands on experience with data migration for CTMS)
• Data clean up experience/monitor data quality issues
• Strong PM and problem solving skills.

Primary (Must have skills)

• In-depth understanding of Veeva CTMS and eTMF
• Expertise in data migration strategy and hands-on experience with CTMS data migration
• Experience in data clean up and monitoring data quality issues
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Experience Range

• 6-8 years

Secondary Skills (Good To have)

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and GxP requirements
• Experience with system integrations and data mapping
• Familiarity with reporting and analytics for CTMS/eTMF
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical teams

Soft skills/other skills (If any)

• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adjust to new technologies, workflows, and environments.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
