Hospitality Clerk - Law Firm, San Francisco

• Contract Pay Starting at $25/hour
• Hours are 7:00am - 3:00pm Monday-Friday
• 5 Days Per Week On-Site
• Immediate Hiring Need
• Temp-to-Hire Opportunity (Based on Performance & Need)

Responsibilities:

• Work with reception staff and outside food services companies to cater food in-house for attorney and administrative meetings. Prepare and maintain appearance of conference rooms, kitchens and other office space for general personnel use.
• Place weekly online orders from Costco for delivery to office of snack foods, beverages, and related office supplies.
• Receive, sort and check for accuracy in orders placed with Costco and arrange for the transportation of items to the kitchens. Also monitor use of snack foods for inventory control.
• Stock food, beverages, and supplies in all kitchens. Prepare coffee for all floors throughout the day.
• Act as file clerk for Accounting and Human Resources departments, filing loose documents into appropriate the files.
• Set up desk supplies such as paper, pens, notepads, stapler, etc., for new employees.
• Occasionally work with the Office Services department to distribute and route inter-office mail.

Qualifications:

• Preferred candidates will possess at least a high school diploma and 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred candidates will have prior experience working in a law firm or professional services environment.
• Minimal typing skills required.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Must be able to adhere to an on-site schedule with hours from 7:00am - 3:00pm
