What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $20–$25 per hour + overtime for extended shifts

Weekly Pay: Every Friday

Flexible Shifts: Full-time or part-time (12, 8, or 4 hours)

Responsibilities:

As a Personal Care Attendant, you will:

• Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
• Help with mobility and safe transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Offer medication reminders (as permitted by state regulations)
• Maintain communication with clients, families, and the care team
• Document client well-being and care activities

Requirements:

• Eligibility to work in the U.S.
• California Home Care Aide Registration/HCA/PER ID (or willing to register and we can assist)
• TB test (required)
• At least 1 year of home care experience (CNA or HHA is a plus)
• COVID-19 vaccination record or booster (if available)
• Reliable transportation.
• Punctual and dependable.
• Passionate about helping seniors.
