Assist in resolving any delivery-related issues or concerns promptly.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries and inventory levels.

Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all dispatch operations.

Provide exceptional customer service to nursing facilities and patients.

Collaborate with pharmacists to streamline operations and improve service delivery.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using dispatch software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
