Description

The Senior Pastor will serve as a key leadership figure at St. Philips by collaborating closely with the current Rector and staff. The ideal candidate will continue to advance the churchs core beliefs and vision and enhance life-transforming ministries during this time of transition by the Rector. They will have the ability to succeed the current Rector upon retirement.

The Senior Pastor will deliver regular sermons and oversee ministry staff, lead Adult Education initiatives, coordinate small groups, and contribute significantly to St. Philips overall vision and direction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proven experience in teaching and preaching Gods Word with clarity and integrity, have a profound love for the Lord and others, while demonstrating leadership characterized by humility, kindness, strength, and passion. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and vision necessary to guide St. Philips into its next chapter of spiritual growth and community impact.
