Juniper Square is looking for a dynamic, organized, and efficient Executive Assistant to support our SVP of People and our Chief Solutions Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity to demonstrate your ability to take charge and help ensure each leader you support can operate to their fullest potential. You will be a key member of these teams at Juniper Square and will have access to leadership across the business as well as within the Engineering, Product, and People Teams.
In addition to Executive Assistant responsibilities, this role will include some facilities work in the San Francisco and NYC offices and will also assist with interviews and offsite planning and scheduling as needed.
The ideal candidate has superior organizational, multitasking, and communication skills; is extremely proactive; and enjoys the challenge of being in a fast-paced environment. This role is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and will require being in the San Francisco office 1 day per week.

Compensation for this position includes a base salary, equity, and a variety of benefits. The U.S. base salary range for this role is $112,000 - $140,000. Actual base salaries will be based on candidate-specific factors, including experience, skillset, and location, and local minimum pay requirements as applicable.
