Job Description:

We are seeking a professional and service-driven Hospitality Service Specialist to support a fast-paced, client-focused office environment. This onsite role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and a hospitality mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily hospitality operations including client kitchens, meeting rooms, and events
  • Set up, monitor, and reset conference rooms according to established standards
  • Provide prompt, professional service to employees and guests
  • Conduct floor walkthroughs to ensure rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for use
  • Assist with light cleaning, organizing supplies, and event support
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while managing multiple requests

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months–1 year experience in hospitality, customer service, or office support
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work independently
  • Comfortable with light physical duties (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing/walking for extended periods)
  • Professional appearance (business casual environment)
