We are now seeking an experienced and strategic Content Manager to join our Infra Data Centers Content team. This role will partner with our community and economic development, site selection, operations, communications, and public policy teams to refine and lead content strategies that proactively advance Meta's net positive data center narrative across our global footprint. The Content Manager will drive integrated campaigns, leverage data to maximize impact, and act as a central point for content alignment and collaboration across the organization.

Data Center Content Manager Responsibilities:
Proactively identify content needs to further business objectives and adapt/craft narratives across multiple channels
Lead the development and execution of integrated content strategies and multi-channel campaigns that highlight Meta's community programs, economic impact, and innovation, collaborating with cross-functional partners to collect data and ensure strategic alignment
Maintain and update Meta's data center website, ensuring content is dynamic, accurate, and aligned with evolving business priorities
Develop enduring content assets (videos, case studies, spotlights, one-pagers) and maintain systems for storing and tracking assets
Analyze and report engagement metrics and utilize advanced analytics tools to refine content strategy based on data, driving continuous optimization and maximum ROI
Act as a central point of contact for content alignment across the Infra Data Center organization, ensuring website, Facebook pages, campaigns, and collateral are aligned with business messaging
Drive ongoing engagement plans for data center partner events and contribute to annual budget strategy, ensuring efficient vendor management and ROI
Lead various projects related to our data centers as needed
Travel domestically and internationally as needed (up to 30%)
Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in communications, digital marketing, political campaigns or related project management
Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, political science, or related field
Proven experience building and leading communication campaigns across multiple platforms (web, social, video)
Project management and organizational skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
Advanced written communication and editing skills, with demonstrated experience in crafting compelling narratives for wide range of audiences
Experience working with social media and web platforms to support content and advocacy initiatives
Experience leveraging data analytics to inform and optimize content strategy
Proven success working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and multi-task while maintaining attention to detail

Experience leading communication campaigns related to large infrastructure projects, economic development programs, or policy initiatives
Experience working in government, public policy, NGOs or with external stakeholders
Familiarity with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), content management systems (Wordpress, Acquia), and data analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Looker Studio, Salesforce)
Experience managing vendors and budgets for content production
Demonstrated success in building cross-functional partnerships and drive consensus across teams and geographies
Public Compensation:
$132,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
