We specialize in creating engaging and effective video campaigns for our clients, helping them to reach their target audiences and drive business growth.We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients' social media presence, from strategy development to content creation and community management.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement social media strategies for our clients, in line with their overall marketing goals and objectives- Create engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including written posts, images, and videos- Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvements- Engage with followers and foster a strong sense of community through timely and relevant responses to comments and messages- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all social media content is aligned with the brand's tone and messaging- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media and make recommendations for incorporating new platforms and tactics into our strategies- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner- Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to expand the reach of our clients' social media presence- Stay informed about our clients' industries and competitors to identify new opportunities for social media growth and engagement.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Proven experience in creating engaging and effective social media content- Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Strong project management skills and attention to detail- Familiarity with video marketing and production is a plus.We offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
