As an Oracle HCM Payroll Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming businesses by implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions that address complex payroll processes. Your analytical skills and creativity will help clients overcome their most challenging payroll dilemmas.

The position involves:

• Implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll effectively.
• Collaborating with client teams to gather comprehensive functional and technical requirements.
• Configuring and optimizing payroll processes, including integrations, reports, fast formulas, and configuration tables.
• Providing expert guidance while translating business needs into Oracle HCM configurations.
• Creating essential functional and technical design documentation.
• Leading design workshops to ensure alignment with client business requirements.
• Supporting project testing cycles and managing crucial go-live activities.
• Planning tasks and tracking progress against deliverables.

This role may require travel, which will depend on client needs and project demands.

What you need to succeed:

• Certification in Cloud HCM applications, specifically the Payroll module.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• At least 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Payroll Cloud.
• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.

Bonus qualifications include experience leading teams, Oracle HCM Payroll Certification, and strong knowledge in other HCM modules.
