About the Role:

As a Waste Management Coordinator at CBRE, you will play a crucial role in overseeing waste planning and management efforts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding waste removal, recycling, and treatment.

What You'll Do:

  • Process small to medium-sized waste shipments in accordance with regulations.
  • Accept and review inbound orders for regulated waste requirements.
  • Verify shipping documents, labels, and markings for each order.
  • Submit and maintain accurate waste stream profiles and records.
  • Report any landscape damage properly to the Senior Coordinator.
  • Prepare waste for outbound shipment while ensuring accuracy in records.
  • Follow established procedures to resolve straightforward problems under guidance.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or GED and up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to follow work routines and standards effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for exchanging information.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, such as Word and Excel.
  • Organizational skills with a proactive and inquiring mindset.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future visa sponsorship.
