• De-install and install desktop and/or laptops
• All positions require a successful completion of a background check & drug test (we do not check credit). ABBTECH pays for both checks

• 2-3+ years of experience working as an End User Computing PC Deployment Team,
• Experience repairing laptops
• Must have the ability to lift up-to 50lbs
• Possesses intermediate to advanced level knowledge and understanding of hardware products, and diagnostic and troubleshooting utilities
• Possesses basic to intermediate understanding of networking and security practices
• Possesses proven customer service background
• Able to follow verbal and written instructions and update tracking systems as directed
• Possesses good analytical and communication skills
• Possesses strong ability to work independently
• Possesses High School Diploma and equivalent skill set
• Detail oriented, independent, self-starter and customer service oriented
