Job Description
  • Assessing and solving technical escalations
  • Providing online and in‑dealership technical assistance
  • Leading discussions and acting as a subject matter expert
  • Managing recall requirements and ensuring Required Service Updates (RSU) are completed and followed up to reduce buybacks
  • Interacting with the team as the quality feedback liaison
  • Providing dealership consultations on repair order documentation, repair service agreements, and facility inspections
  • Ensuring the improvement of the customer experience and increasing "fixed first visit" cases
  • Analyzing and suggesting improvements related to repair shop process and offering proactive business planning focused on customer experience
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3‑5 years automotive experience; current ASE certification preferred but pre‑certified individuals considered
  • Highly motivated, adaptive, autonomous, and able to deliver results
  • Local travel to dealerships within a designated area
  • Strong analytical skills to document vehicle case updates
  • Excellent communication of technical information to all levels
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports using provided templates
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Independent work style and ability to manage a progressive workload in a fast‑paced environment
  • High School Diploma required; Intermediate Excel knowledge will be tested
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and logical reasoning skills
Language Skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English required
  • Minimum professional proficiency in Spanish preferred
Mathematical Skills
  • Knowledge of arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and applications required
Physical Demands
  • Travel to dealers, connect vehicles to diagnostic tool, view vehicles on shop floor and lifts
  • Call, video, email, message, and communicate with dealers and co‑workers during work hours

Work Environment
  • Dealership environment
  • Noisy environment moderate to high
  • Monday – Friday dealership hours plus admin hours

Additional Information: The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $95k to $105k based on current experience.
