The Field Service Technician (NETA 3) serves as a project lead technician. This role performs moderately complex inspections, tests, and measurements; collects and records data; and conducts testing on de‑energized, locked‑out/tagged‑out equipment. The technician sets up and removes test equipment, maintains records, ensures safety for others, performs switching and safety grounding, coordinates with other skill sets and operations, supervises technicians, writes reports, and troubleshoots issues.
