Overview

Our client is looking for a Field Service Technician for a 3-month contract in San Francisco, CA 94114. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future. Our client is a multibillion-dollar company that provides end-to-end managed services, technology, and consulting to enable the digital workplace for small to enterprise businesses. Join their team to be part of delivering individualized experiences to a diverse range of clients in a collaborative and productive workplace environment. Contract Duration: 3 months

Required Skills & Experience
  • Associate's degree or its equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
  • Active driver's license.
  • Good admin and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of printers, laptops, desktops, servers, and networks.
  • Good customer focus, meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA's).
  • A+ certification
What You Will Be Doing
  • Travel to each client's location.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs Desktops, Laptops, Servers, and Printers. Works under general supervision.
  • Local travel is required for daily dispatch.
  • Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
  • Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
  • Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
  • Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers' needs.
