About The Role:

As a Senior Analyst in CBRE's Institutional Funds team, you will play a key role in market research and analysis to support appraisal assignments. You will collaborate with Consultants and Managers and contribute to the preparation of real estate reports.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the appraisal workflow and manage data by updating assignment tracking charts and coordinating with clients for data requests and inspections.
  • Conduct comprehensive property research, verifying comparables, examining demographics, and analyzing market areas.
  • Assist in crafting complex sections of valuation models and appraisal reports.
  • Validate and update information within Argus models.
  • Analyze historical revenue and expense data.
  • Examine income-producing properties and assess market impacts on property value.
  • Conduct comparative analyses based on sales of similar properties.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years' relevant experience or training.
  • Possession of a Certified Appraisal Trainee License.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of financial real estate terminology and principles.
  • Ability to follow instructions in complex scenarios and solve problems effectively.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Argus, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Sound decision-making based on company policies and procedures.

Disclaimers:

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship. Salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, based on skills and experience. This position offers benefits including 401(K), dental, health, life, and vision insurance, and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
