Product Manager

Duration: 8-month contract

Location: ONSITE - Foster City CA 94404

Pay: $53-63.59/hr (W2 and benefit options)

The Planet Group is supporting a leading biopharmaceutical client in their search for an experienced Product Manager to help manage and evolve digital platforms and omnichannel initiatives. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to drive planning, execution, and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.

What You'll Do

• Support the management of digital platform products, from intake through execution and optimization
• Contribute to the development of use cases, user stories, and product documentation
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects and workstreams, ideally within an omnichannel ecosystem
• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, IT, Analytics, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery
• Utilize planning and tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheets
• Apply knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, customers, and the healthcare system to product decisions
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Must-Have Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management or related roles
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Technology, or a related field
• Experience managing digital platforms
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
• Working knowledge of pharmaceutical markets and customers

Nice to Have

• Therapeutic area experience
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sitecore CMS, and Google Analytics
• Understanding of the healthcare system and its impact on pharmaceutical products
