The Position:
We are seeking a program leader to drive the creation of meaningful, integrated feature roadmaps for key products within AI4DD.
This role will be responsible for synchronizing efforts across the organization to ensure alignment between product development, iterative improvement, and productionization. The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable processes that allow scientific and technical teams to remain focused on their core responsibilities, while effectively orchestrating stakeholders and dependent functions to deliver targeted, high-impact products.
Initiative Execution & Operational Excellence:
Lead the execution of initiatives with a focus on operational rigor, establishing repeatable processes that enable smooth coordination between development and engineering teams. Ensure workflows are streamlined to support both innovation and delivery at scale
Roadmap & KPI Management:
Develop and maintain integrated product roadmaps that capture feature evolution across key AI4DD products. Define and track KPIs to measure progress, drive accountability, and provide transparent reporting to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Coordination & Alignment:
Serve as the connective tissue across cross-functional teams, ensuring that stakeholders and dependent functions remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables. Build durable relationships to facilitate collaboration and reduce friction points.
Precision & Impact in Execution:
Balance speed and quality in product delivery by implementing readiness gates, managing dependencies, and focusing resources where they generate the greatest impact.
Ensure that every milestone meaningfully advances organizational goals and product adoption.
Strategic Portfolio & Technology Integration:
Harmonize the delivery of immediate portfolio pipeline objectives with ambitious, longer-term technology development, spanning diverse modalities (LM, SM, peptides, etc.) . Cultivate a balanced approach that ensures continuous progress on current priorities while simultaneously investing in groundbreaking advancements that will shape the future of AI4DD.
Foster strong connections with LM and SM portfolio PMs.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's or more advanced depth and breadth of training and experience and who meet job-specific criteria are eligible for consideration. Product management coursework or additional supportive training is a must (e.g. CPM, CSPO, SAFe, etc.).
3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare life sciences (HCLS).
Expertise in product development and program management is a must, experience in AI and ML and AI drug development is a plus.
Proven experience in strategic roadmap planning and execution, especially in dynamic and evolving environments.
Strong facilitation skills, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams towards successful outcomes.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to translate vision into practical tactics and measurable success criteria.
Experienced in operational leadership roles, ideally with a focus on development of matrixed teams and projects.
A strategic thinker with a strong emphasis on execution.
Ability to work independently and proactively, with a focus on driving strategic initiatives to completion.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable navigating complex and sometimes challenging stakeholder dynamics.
The hiring range for this position is $88 to $99 per hour. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity, and may also vary depending on candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience amongst other factors
