Job Summary:
The primary objective of this role is to support service and customer parts needs. This includes both internal and external customer-facing duties, as well as warehouse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, experience with inventory management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and process parts orders for service and retail customers.
Assist primary Parts Support via phone and email.
Invoice retail orders and ensure accurate billing.
Pick and pack orders for both service and retail needs.
Handle receiving and shipping duties efficiently.
Transport products between branches, vendors, or customers as required.
Conduct regular cycle counts and participate in annual inventory audits.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Karmak, etc.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate professionally.
Warehouse experience, including order fulfillment and inventory control.
Forklift experience is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 75 lbs.
