Help provide consistent luxury service across the portfolio.

We are looking for a reliable and responsible multi-tasker to become one of our Regional Concierges in San Francisco, providing support and coverage throughout our luxury rental portfolio. Our Concierge team members offer best-in-class service to all our residents, and guests; they greet and screen all visitors, attend packages, and make everyone feel welcome. Our most successful candidates are collaborators who are also self-motivated, solution-oriented individuals that have an authentic passion for service and for helping people! What You'll Do:

  • Consistently and enthusiastically generate great first impressions.
  • Create a luxury environment, exceeding expectations in genuine hospitality service.
  • Approach all encounters with residents, guests, and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
  • Navigate multiple shifts and properties.
  • Respect the privacy, information, perspectives, priorities, time, and resources of each resident.
  • Learn about all our locations and management teams as you gain exposure throughout the SF Portfolio.
  • Greet all residents and guests confidently and cordially upon entering the property.
  • Communicate resident concerns to property management.
  • Anticipate needs.
  • Monitor security systems and cameras, conduct inspections of the property for vandalism, damage, and safety, and report any misconduct, incidents, and damages to property management for attention and repair.
  • Maintain regular attendance and highest standards of personal appearance and grooming, in compliance with Related's standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing packages and deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate and complete shift notes and "pass-down" logs to ensure successful communication through shift changes.
  • Follow emergency procedures as directed in the property manual.
  • Conduct property walks.
  • Multitask between desk duties and support the operation where needed.

COMPENSATION:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Anticipated hourly range: $25.00/hr - $29.00/hr
  • plus annual performance based bonus.
Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

Qualifications

What you'll bring:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree Preferred.
  • Experience as Concierge, Front Desk or Customer Service role is preferred
  • Experience in high-impact guest service environment is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and ability to multitask while remaining composed and approachable.
  • Professional appearance with a positive, outgoing, and attentive demeanor.
  • Customer service driven with a passion to provide high-level service.
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
  • Must be able to work 8-hour shifts
  • Must be available to work morning, afternoon, evening and overnights.
  • Must be comfortable working with, and around large groups of people.
  • Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for the entire 8-hour shift
  • Must be willing to work 40 hours per week
  • WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS REQUIRED
