Location: Prefer local to Cincinnati, OH but will consider remote

Job Description/Skills:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of technical capabilities within our Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) Program. The initial focus will the design and delivery of new features to enable the rollout of RMS to additional distribution centers. This role requires an ability to understand complex technical ecosystems and to navigate competing priorities across business and technical teams.

Develop and drive execution of project milestones with a hands-on, proactive approach to issue resolution and risk management.

Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to resolve challenges, balancing strategic objectives with operational realities.

Foster clear, consistent communication across business units, technical teams, and leadership to ensure transparency and alignment.

Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining momentum, team engagement, and a positive, solutions-oriented influence.

Manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and deliver results under pressure.
