Line Driver - 1st Shift

Torani is looking for a Line Driver to be an integral part of our Receiving team at the Toraniland campus! We're growing and activities such as pallet building and maneuvering, order status communication, forklift/pallet jack operating, quality verification, and adhering to safety and quality standards ensures our product is moving efficiently and getting to our customers with ease. As a Line Driver, you are the critical link between the warehouse and manufacturing. You keep product flowing, lines running, and production teams supported-moving hundreds of pallets a day with precision, speed, and purpose. SUCCESS FACTORS (12-24 months):

• Distribution Expertise: Your day kicks off by checking in on the production plan and making sure the line has what it needs to start strong - bottles down, pallets ready, and everything in the right place. Throughout the day you are constantly on the move, loading pallets onto transfers, moving products where they need to go, and keeping things flowing. You'll move hundreds of pallets in a shift, sending finished goods off the line and staging them for trailers or transfer to another building. You'll also jump in to support receiving when needed, helping bring in new or open pallets so nothing slows down.
• Attention to Detail: You've got an eye for the little things that make a big difference. As finished goods arrive you scan them accurately and make sure everything matches what was produced and ensure they get to the designated location. By reviewing production plans and daily priorities, you stay aligned with manufacturing needs. You keep an eye on production output, adjust on the fly, and help keep staging areas clean and organized so the next move is always easy.
• Safety First: Fast paced doesn't mean cutting corners. You maintain a safe and enjoyable work environment while striving for zero safety incidents. Looking at work through a lens of safety, you care deeply about the safety of fellow team members and are comfortable addressing any safety concerns. Using your stellar forklift and/or pallet jack driving skills you safely transport pallets of product from one location to another bin location or onto empty trailers for intercampus transfers and faithfully conduct pre-shift inspections.
• Reliability and Commitment: You are respected for delivering on your commitments and your team can count on your stellar attendance. Each day you start your shift aligned with the team in the KPI meetings covering performance, goals and priorities. You stay connected all day so everyone remains on the same page and you share observations and ideas freely to support continuous improvement. • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a warehouse (Min 2 years required, 3-5 years preferred)
• 2 years of forklift driver experience, with current certification (Required)
• Experience with warehouse management systems, utilizing scanner technology and data entry into desktop required
• Knowledge of basic arithmetic and mathematics; required
• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
• Driven to learn other aspects of the business, a Team player willing to perform other functions outside of designated role or shift
• Able to safely work around food products, which may include common allergens such as dairy
• M-F, First Shift 5:00am-1:30pm, plus overtime as needed
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
