divh2Cusdial Lead/h2pSBM Management is currently looking to hire a Custodial Lead to join their team! The Custodial Lead has responsibilities for overseeing activities within the assigned program. This includes the company employees and other temporary employees engaged in the program. Program could be custodial, clean room, recycle, moves, and maintenance. Adhere to, implement, and demonstrate safe work practices and procedures./ppResponsibilities/pulliPerforms duties of employees within the program assigned./liliAssist with training employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures./liliCoordinate and monitors work activities./liliWritten reports, such as pass down, weekly, or monthly./liliPerform quality, service, and safety inspections./liliTracks equipment inventory, maintenance and repair./liliTracks supplies inventory and maintain./liliIssue equipment and supplies./liliMonitors employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment./liliReports employee personnel and customer issues to supervisor./liliCorrects at risk behavior immediately, then reports to the supervisor immediately./liliReports accidents and incidents to the supervisor immediately./liliProvide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement./liliMaintain records, i.e. training, inspections, data collection./li/ulpQualifications/pulliOne to three months related experience and/or training; high school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience./liliMust speak fluent English and Spanish./liliNeed a valid drivers license and personal vehicle registered in applicant name. Job will require to be driving (Mileage is reimbursed). Must be able to use a computer and utilize basic functions./liliGood written and verbal skills, excellent customer service, time management skills, and training abilities./liliUse of forklifts and pallet jacks a plus./liliMUST have prior lead/management experience./liliDrivers License Required./li/ulpCompensation $18.50-$19.50 per hour./ppShift: Night Sunday - Thursday 5pm 1:30am./ppSBM Management Services, LP and its affiliates are proud to be equal-opportunity workplaces.
