If youre energized by impact, ownership, and the opportunity to drive innovative solutions, this is a rare chance to step into a role with significant visibility and long-term growth./ppEssential Duties Responsibilities:/pulliPlan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost./liliValue Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal./liliManage the on-site project stakeholders./liliPrepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset./liliEvaluate documents and communicate the clients specific goals and expectations to all project team members./liliDevelop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project, beginning with the initial Project Management Plan./liliRe-evaluate the contract scope of work as the project progresses against the goals, expectations, and the needs of the client, and recommend adjustments as necessary./liliCoordinate with cost management group for preparation of cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation./liliOrganize and maintain framework for project team processes and record keeping of electronic and tangible documents./liliDrive the permitting process by designing team documents to be submitted to various local, state, and federal agencies and ensure the applicable permits are moving through the process efficiently./liliEnsure the project design management continues to follow the client project documents such as budget, scope, schedule, and clients design standards./liliPrepare cost and revenue projections./liliPerform Constructability Review to determine the reasonability of a build plan./liliDevelop and lead design management, procurement strategies, construction, fit-out, and closeout./liliContracts and claim negotiations./liliBudget development and management./liliAbility to run larger, more complex projects./liliEffectively delegate project tasks to project management team./liliOversee the entitlement process for unoccupied construction sites to ensure appropriate zoning is obtained./liliLead the vision for project procedures and processes for running the project./liliOther duties as assigned./liliAttendance at work during normal business hours./li/ulpKnowledge Skills Required:/pulliKnowledge and experience planning, managing coordinating all aspects of project, scope and cost for multiple projects./liliDemonstrated ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary./liliExperience collaborating with cost management group to provide accurate and timely cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation./liliExperience with Value Engineering/liliAbility to exercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe./liliUtilize effective written and oral communication skills./liliAbility to understand how your role contributes to the organizations goals./liliDeliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values./liliHold self accountable to individual and team goals./liliConsistently communicate and collaborate with team members and clients./liliDemonstrated ability to build positive relationships with peers, leaders, and clients./liliProactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression./liliDemonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough./li/ulpPreferred Education and Experience:/ppEducation: BS in Construction, CM, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field/ppExperience: 6+ years of experience Project Management, engineering, or construction management/ppPreferred Certification: CCM, PMP, PE, AIA, LEED/ppBiotech project experience highly preferred./p/div
