Job Title: Learning Center Manager

Work Locations (In-Person): Dublin, Newark, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Santa Clara

Employment Type: Full-time (In-Person)

Compensation Structure: Total package: $55,000 - $72,000/yr (this including base pay $25/hour + commission)

Work Schedule: 30-40 Hours/Week

About the Role: We are hiring full-time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you'll operate your center like a business owner with full support from headquarters and play a critical role in shaping students' learning experiences, families' trust, and the future of the Better Me brand.

What You'll Do:

Center Ownership & Operations

• Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom and scheduling flow
• Build a positive and trusted relationship with families
• Monitor student learning and track satisfaction

Growth & Marketing

• Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
• Convert trial students into long-term enrollments
• Work closely with our Growth Team to focus on achieving center targets

Team Leadership

• Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
• Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
• Ensure team quality through feedback and coaching

System Contribution

• Help pilot new systems, provide feedback, and contribute to process improvement
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ departments (training, curriculum, marketing)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Based in the Bay Area & available for in-person full-time work
• Strong communication skills
• Prior experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus but not required
