Overview

We are hiring a reliable Janitorial/Demolition Technician to support daily cleaning, debris removal, and light demolition on commercial and construction sites.

Responsibilities

• General janitorial duties: sweeping, mopping, trash removal, restroom cleaning
• Light demolition: removing debris, dismantling non?structural materials
• Safe use of basic hand tools
• Site cleanup, setup, and maintenance
• Follow all safety and PPE requirements

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
• Comfortable working indoors/outdoors on active job sites
• Reliable, safety?minded, and team?oriented

Schedule & Pay

• Full?time, MondayFriday
• $25$28 per hour, depending on experience
