We are looking for talented hard-working individuals to join our growing team your professional home awaits you at Wayfair!/ppShift/pulliSunday-Wednesday 5am-3:30pm/li/ulpBenefits (Start Day 1!)/pulli$2 per hour shift premium for hours worked between 6:00pm - 6:00am/liliReferral bonuses/liliOvertime hours pay/lili401k/liliWayfair company discount/liliBenefits start day one/liliGrowth opportunities (Conversions, Promotions, and more!)/li/ulpWhat Youll Do/pulliThe Warehouse Team Lead will assist your supervisor with managing and overseeing all functions of the warehouse, and ensuring smooth operations of all activities/liliLead the receiving department and ensure the functions are used correctly/liliDelegate and assign work to keep a 100% fill rate/liliHelp manage the inventory and conduct necessary training within the department/liliEnsure the proper use and accountability of tools/liliEnsure hours and functions are recorded correctly (e.g. Time clocks)/liliBe responsible for answering email and verbal questions in a timely manner/liliKeep product moving and oversee the cleanliness of the department. This includes daily trash compacting/liliAdditional responsibilities as assigned/li/ulpWhat Youll Need/pulliWorking understanding of WMS system./liliLeadership and motivational skills, and the ability to make decisions with little to no guidance based on policies or common sense/liliThis is a floor position, and will involve physically moving/processing products in addition to leading a team of warehouse associates/liliMust be comfortable repeatedly lifting up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuvering product 150+ pounds unassisted or via team lift/liliExperienced in more than one department. Work areas include: receiving, inventory control, pick, pack, ship and return of product/liliExperience with composing and replying to emails/liliPower Equipment experience Must be able to operate or willing to be trained on Powered Industrial Truck Operations (PITO)/liliExperience with creating and updating systems such as trouble tickets/lili2+ years working experience.
