The Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of tasks to ensure efficient office operations and support executives and team members. Responsibilities will include managing schedules, maintaining records, overseeing phone communications, performing clerical tasks, and assisting with executive administrative functions. The role requires organization, and excellent communication skills to facilitate a smooth workflow.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to ensure seamless office operationsStrong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to effectively manage correspondence and interactionsExperience in providing Executive Administrative Assistance and handling executive-level tasksExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficiency with office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite as well as the Google PlatformProficiency with various technological systems/softwares and photograph management.Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and demonstrate discretion when handling sensitive informationProactive and adaptable, with strong problem-solving and multitasking skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or higher is preferredReal Estate Experience is preferrable and encouragedCar is preferred as off-site work is occassionaly needed
