Job Description We are seeking hands-on Assembly Technicians to build, inspect, and integrate state-of-the-art electronic and electromechanical products using drawings, schematics, and work instructions. This is a build-heavy role where most of your time will be spent on the production floor assembling hardware using hand tools, soldering-like equipment and test tools. You'll play an active role in shaping how we build—identifying issues, proposing improvements, and working closely with Engineering, Test, and Quality to refine designs and processes as we scale. You'll be part of a fast-moving startup manufacturing team focused on delivering high-quality products on time. Roles and responsibility Assemble electronic and electromechanical assemblies per schematics, drawings, and work instructions Hand soldering or similar Maintain workmanship standards per internal guidelines Inspect completed assemblies for workmanship, accuracy, and completeness Perform basic rework and repairs following approved procedures Document build status, issues, and deviations in manufacturing systems Follow Engineering Change Order (ECO) and revision-controlled documentation Support basic functional tests and debug under guidance from Engineering or Test Identify and communicate assembly or component issues promptly Follow safety, and clean-work practices at all times Maintain an organized, safe workstation Properly use tools, fixtures, and test equipment Provide feedback on work instructions, tooling, and process improvements Participate in lean initiatives and root-cause problem solving. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods Manual dexterity for fine-pitch assembly and soldering Occasional lifting of assemblies or equipment Qualification High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred 0+ years of experience years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, or similar Strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work independently while following drawings and work instructions are required. Experience with hand tools, soldering equipment, and basic test tools preferred. Preferred: 2+ years of fine mechanical assembly experience. Working knowledge of English.
