As the largest nonprofit affordable housing provider in the nation, we build, preserve, and manage program-enriched housing across the country.The Regional Maintenance Specialist will collaborate with the Property Management Team and Regional Facilities Manager to complete special assignments and projects, coordinate and plan maintenance activities, equipment needs, and predictive or preventative maintenance programs. Provide training, mentoring, and education to diverse site-level staff. Review and provide expertise on maintenance operations for several properties in the San Francisco region. You will be the "go-to" subject matter expert on maintenance operations.We encourage candidates with lived experience to apply.
