We are looking for a reliable, professional, and versatile individual to join our team in a dual capacity as a Personal Driver and Warehouse Forklift Operator.

Job Summary

In this unique hybrid role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of personnel and sensitive materials, while also supporting our warehouse operations. One part of your day might involve professional chauffeuring in a corporate vehicle, while the other involves operating a forklift to manage our medical equipment inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Driving:

• Provide safe and professional transportation for executives or specialized medical deliveries.
• Maintain the cleanliness and routine maintenance schedule of company vehicles.
• Plan efficient routes using GPS to ensure timely arrivals in and around the Walnut Creek/Bay Area.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to load, unload, and move medical equipment.
• Organize and stack inventory according to safety standards.
• Assist in receiving shipments, verifying packing slips, and documenting inventory changes.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, orderly, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.

• Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience and 1+ years of forklift operation.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean DMV record.
• Current Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to get certified upon hire).
• Exceptional punctuality, strong communication skills, and a "service-first" attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active in a warehouse environment.
