Were looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can manage multiple projects while contributing to our culture of excellence and teamwork./pp$110,000 to 140,000/ppActual salaries will vary based on qualifications, skills, and proficiency. Base salary is only part of our total compensation package, which includes comprehensive health plans, generous 401(k) matching, bonus programs, time off, and professional development opportunities./ppResponsibilities/pulliPerform investigations, surveys, and testing of existing buildings to identify and diagnose deficiencies contributing to damage or deterioration./liliCritically analyze plans, specifications, and calculations prepared by others./liliMonitor progress of projects, adherence to project requirements, and closely track budget and procedural standards./liliPerform or review condition appraisals, develop repair schemes and repair recommendations./liliComplete and maintain all project documentation in project management software./liliManage multiple projects and teams, including engineers and technical personnel./liliMaintain, market, and promote restoration and forensic engineering consulting services to new and existing clients./liliAssist with training less experienced staff in a variety of roles./liliOther duties as assigned./li/ulpQualifications and Competencies/pulliMinimum of a Bachelors degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering, Architecture, or similar./liliProfessional license in architecture, structural engineering, or civil engineering./lili7+ years of experience working and/or managing projects in the forensic and/or restoration fields./liliStrong writing, communication, and team skills./liliExperience in developing and maintaining client relationships./liliWillingness to travel./li/ulpWho We Are/ppWalker is a 100% employee-owned company of many capabilities offering professional services to clients in the private and public market sectors.
