Hi Everyone,

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organized coordinator to support Client's Creator Lab's global education initiatives. This role is critical in onboarding academic partners and supporting the adoption technologies across educational institutions and organize, create, and distribute educational and training materials

**Note: Candidate must belong Media and Entertainment or Audio/Video (A/V )Production Industry

Title: Talent Development & HR Coordinator

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, CA

Pay Rate: $52-56/hr on W2

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Senior Manager, Creator Lab Global Education Programs, to design impactful education programs and manage relationships with global education partners
  • Support onboarding of educational institutions into the Creator Lab
  • Organize, create, and distribute educational and training materials
  • Coordinate meeting schedules, outreach, and communications
  • Organize, edit, and manage databases for video/audio content and partner institutions
  • Perform QC on curriculum content, email outreach, and related materials
  • Research and present industry resources, best practices, and standards in HDR content creation
  • Experiment with software and hardware to identify innovative uses of our tools
  • Support development of UGC Vision + Atmos training resources, including workflow and schedule management, virtual and onsite coordination, and collaboration with QC and editing teams

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in E-Learning or Instructional Curriculum or Education Program development specifically in Media and Entertainment or Audio/Video (A/V) Production Industry
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with video hardware/software, post-production, and color grading workflows
  • Some knowledge of digital audio workstations and audio production processes
  • Strong organizational, data management, and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable with public presentations and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows environments for media production
  • Self-starter with a positive, professional demeanor and creative problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to travel locally and internationally as needed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
