Organization: CPMC-California Pacific Med Center Van Ness

Position Overview: Maintains, controls and issues Central Distribution Durable Medical Equipment, and maintains an efficient inventory system of medical equipment for Department users.

Education:

• Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
• HS Diploma: High School Diploma or General Education (GED) or equivalent education/experience

Preferred Experience as Typically Acquired In:

• Prior hospital background with some knowledge of Medical Equipment and terminology.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Requires basic computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of hospital equipment.
• Good oral and written communication and organizational skills required.
• Computer literate, personal computers and 10 key ability.
• Requires accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Shift: Day/Evening/Night

Schedule: Per Diem/Casual

Shift Hours: 8

Days of the Week: Variable

Weekend Requirements: As Needed

Pay Range is $28.55 to $34.88 / hour

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
