Associate Attorney - Real Estate & Litigation

A well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to support a mix of real estate, land use, litigation, and business transactional matters. This full-time position is ideal for a mid-level attorney looking to grow their practice in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment. What You'll Do
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, project entitlements, and related agreements
  • Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Assist with civil litigation matters, including discovery and trial preparation
  • Support business transactional projects and provide strategic legal guidance to clients
  • Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and experienced attorneys across disciplines
What You'll Need
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in litigation and/or transactional law
  • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
  • Interest or background in real estate, land use, or civil litigation
  • Active license to practice law
  • A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a team-oriented practice
