Join Our Team as a Part-Time Assembly Technician!

SPAR Merchandising Assembly Inc. (SMA) is a leading supplier of essential field services to Fortune 1000 manufacturers and retailers across the U.S., including Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Our dedicated team plays a crucial role in advancing the retail industry through various merchandising, auditing, installation, and assembly projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for part-time, ongoing assembly work that involves both in-store and in-home furniture assembly for a nationwide office supply chain. As a Technician with SMA, Inc., you will primarily focus on assembling RTA Furniture. We also welcome candidates with experience in assembling TV Wall Mounts, Gas Grills, Sporting Goods, Bicycles, and Display Racks.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience in merchandising and/or commercial furniture assembly
• Ability to assemble products accurately following written instructions
• Capable of reading plan-o-grams and performing customized category resets independently
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable bending and standing for extended periods
• Access to the internet with an active email address
• Ability to report work completions on the same day as service
• Reliable transportation, with some travel required
• Must have own tools
