Position Overview:
As a Client Services Specialist at CBRE, you will contribute to the success of our team by providing essential administrative support to a group of dedicated sales professionals. Your role will involve creating proposals, presentations, and marketing materials while ensuring effective communication within and outside the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Process vouchers and assist in handling Brokers' commission payments by collecting necessary documentation.
Maintain a well-organized inventory of CBRE brand messaging by utilizing templates for marketing materials.
Act as a liaison for various teams to review and coordinate the completion of property information packages.
Assist in the assembly and production of client-specific property packages.
Organize and manage complex meetings and conferences effectively.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and arrange travel plans as well as meeting room reservations.
Keep various information databases up-to-date and accurate.
Generate standard and custom reports and help with website content updates.
Coordinate advertising schedules and placements with the centralized marketing team.
Communicate detailed and complex information clearly and respond to routine inquiries and concerns.
Prepare and present information to large groups within the organization.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
A high school diploma is essential.
At least 3 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a team setting.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry is encouraged.
Basic financial acumen, including the ability to calculate percentages, discounts, and commissions.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Experience in editing templates using PowerPoint and/or InDesign is beneficial.
A solid understanding of marketing principles is highly desirable.
