About the Role:
As a CBRE Receptionist, you will play a key role in providing administrative support and exceptional service to visitors and clients in our designated location. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering calls, managing meeting rooms, and facilitating various office functions.
What You'll Do:
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate personnel and manage voicemail systems.
Warmly welcome clients, applicants, and visitors, issue visitor passes, and follow security protocols.
Organize and prepare meeting and conference rooms, including room setup, catering orders, and necessary technology.
Conduct general clerical duties, such as distributing office faxes/packages and ordering supplies.
Track incoming and outgoing packages and mail; arrange messenger services as necessary.
Utilize established procedures to address straightforward issues while following outlined methods.
Deliver results by adhering to defined procedures under close supervision.
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
Ability to follow standard work routines and guidelines effectively.
Strong communication skills for exchanging straightforward information.
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent organizational skills and a curious mindset.
Basic math skills, with the ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages and discounts.
CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including education, training, and experience. The minimum hourly pay for this role is $24.04, and the maximum is $29.00. The compensation offered will depend on your skills and qualifications.
