About who needs care: 45yo man, adhd, challenged to find good household balance, busy professional (w/ busy wife), 3 children under 10. Seeking both house/errand/planning support and if possible adhd / organizational coaching support, or at least good awareness/understanding of adhd and autism.
About the care needs: I may have low-support-needs autism. I have the best rapport with ppl who I feel understand adhd, autism, and/or other mental health / neurocognitive variations well.
Services needed include: organization support, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
