UCT is looking for a talented Technician IV to join us in Hayward, CA!
The Technician IV performs advanced mechanical assemblies, testing, and troubleshooting to support efficient and high-quality production. This role interprets work instructions, operates hand and power tools, and ensures compliance with quality and 5S standards throughout the assembly process. By communicating effectively with team members and resolving complex issues, the Technician IV contributes to reliable product performance and continuous improvement on the production floor.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $26.20 and $39.38/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including variable pay and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO (Paid Time Off) and parental leave), dependent on the position offered.
