🏗 What You'll Do

• Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
• Manage subcontractors, sequencing, inspections, and daily field operations
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance—critical in healthcare & lab settings
• Drive schedules, coordinate closely with Project Managers, and resolve issues proactively
• Serve as the on-site authority representing the company to owners and inspectors

👷 What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience with General Contractors in California
• Strong experience in commercial, life sciences, and/or healthcare construction
• Working knowledge of OSHPD, ICRA, GMP, and Design-Build delivery
• Deep understanding of California codes, inspections, and safety requirements
• Proven ability to independently run complex, schedule-driven projects
• Bay Area project experience strongly preferred

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Non-Union Superintendents

• Base salary: $160,000 – $200,000 (DOE)
• 20% profit-sharing program tied directly to project performance

Union Superintendents

• Total compensation equivalent: $160,000 – $200,000+, depending on agreement, experience, and role
• 20% profit-sharing program in addition to union benefits
