Essential Functions:
Greet, assist, and register patients that present for treatment.
Receive, make and transfer telephone calls promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
Ability to work accurately with a high volume of work in a fast-paced setting.
Demonstrate and maintain professional conduct to include dealing courteously
Tactfully and patiently with patients, co-workers, and consumers
Alphabetize filing
Grade 04 Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma
Typing of 25 WPM
Knowledge of medical terminology required
Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of medical experience
Six (6) months experience in a hospital/clerical setting or medical office
Ability to work productively in a busy and complex environment
Reception and cash handling experience
Prefer experience with PS3 scheduling and staffing system
Skills Testing:
Typing 25 WPM
